Marc Jacobs' Fall 2009 "Pool Double-faced Wool Pique Fitted Cape Jacket". Whether she is serving up the avant garde style, which most people will be channeling this Saturday on Halloween or she is laying-low (which rarely happens), Gaga's style is
incomparable.
