DSquared2 has always been one of my favorite designers, especially for men.  The music industry's leading men have been recently spotted in the designer's jackets that any man would kill for.  Sean Garrett rocking the Mid-Length Jacket in his debut video "Get It All" feat. This season, there was much buzz surrounding Versace's S/S 2010 Shoe Collection.  Celebrities were all over the Alice in Wonderland inspired creations, but Christian Louboutin seems to have taken the throne back with their Fall 2010 women's shoes.  Celebrities like Rihanna, Monica, Dawn Richard and Vivica Fox have all been spotted wearing the Clou Noeud peep-toes on different occasions.  The leather platform retails for $1,195 at Barney's but with the huge bow and nickel spiked detailing, this is most definitely well worth the splurge.

Hello New World !

African-American models are emerging from every country and continent around the globe, right onto the pages of the world's most renowned fashion magazines.  Ever since July 2008's Black Issue, Vogue Italia has been highlighting and introducing the world to many new black faces in the industry.  The June 2010 issue is no different and features models Sedene Blake and Ayan Elmi.  The spread, shot by photographer, Greg Lotus, is incredible whereas these 2 lovely ladies exude right off the magazine pages.  We are sure to be seeing them again very soon!

WEEE ARE THE CHAMPiONS...! PT. 2

Another year, another CHAMPiONSHiP, another ring, another MVP title for my favorite player KOBE BRYANT. Goodbye Celtics, 7 games and it was a good fight - but this was meant to happen. Once again, it's a Celebration. Congratulations to the LA LAKERS for putting on for their city.

Versace S/S 2010 Ad Campaign

 This season's collection include vibrant colors mixed with pastels and prints, paired with metals and leathers for an eclectic yet funky feel.  Fun, flirty, and youthful - you can expect to see a lot of 20-somethings in Versace this season.

 The entire campaign was shot by renowned photographer, Mario Testino and features fresh-faced models, Paolo Anchisi, Simon Nessman and Georgia May Jagger (youngest daughter of former supermodel Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger).

 The campaign is complete with accessories, which add even more luxury with the rich colors and intricate details -- from jewelry to handbags!  Donatella has truly outdone herself!

Christian Louboutin F/W 2010 Ad Campaign

As promised, I have located a few other pairs of crystal Christian's!  The whole collection has not been released yet, but the designer's Fall/Winter 2010 Ad Campaign really brings his creativity and concepts to life.  Especially with help of photographer, Khoung Nguyen.

Fashion News: Christian Louboutin's Crystal Collection

 Christian Louboutin, shoe designer extraordinaire is set to release a line of ultra fierce heels later this year.  There is only small talk at the moment, but I will definitely keep you posted on this because these are sure to be a must-have!  Here is one masterpiece from the line.  Enjoy!

Naomi Does Vogue Russia

Vogue Russia's April 2010 issue includes a killer editorial spread featuring Naomi Campbell.  Photographed by Tim Munro, Naomi is nothing short of fierce dressed head to toe in animal prints!  In Dior, Alexander McQueen, Azzedine Alaïa and more.. Naomi proves to the younger models why she is still Queen of the Jungle.  (Magazine on stands now.)

In October of this year, Jimmy Choo and Ugg Australia will debut their love-child.  There is no word on what the shoe will look like yet, but it will be everywhere!  It will retail for $575-$775 USD in department stores, Ugg stores, Jimmy Choo stores and online as well.  This collaboration has everyone wondering if the shoe will be a furry ankle boot with a stiletto heel and the general consensus is less than enthusiastic for these.  Those over at Jimmy Choo say "If you can't beat them, join them!"  We'll just have to wait and see.

Hollywood's rising star, Zoe Saldana is now the newest face for Avon's "Eternal Magic" fragrance.  The scent was takes inspiration from the rare Princess Monaco Rose flower, according to People magazine and will be available in April.  The 31-year-old actress will also be featured in the Avon magazine as one of the faces for the company's color collection.  Zoe says, "It means so much to me to be associated with a company that shares my values and believes in empowering women."  Senior Vice President and President of Avon North America, Geralyn Breig also added, "We are thrilled to have Zoe as the spokesperson for Eternal Magic.  Every woman wants to be unforgettable and Zoe perfectly embodies that feeling.  She's a rising star in Hollywood - and has built a strong reputation for playing empowering characters that leave a lasting impression."

Rihanna is on her grind.  The February '10 issue of W Magazine puts the style icon on its cover and also does an in-depth interview with the artist.  Rihanna goes into detail during the interview, revealing a lot about the making of her latest album Rated R.  (Album in stores now.) The black and white cover spread highlights hats & gloves and Rihanna's most recent tat!  Photographed by Craig McDean and styled by Lori Goldstein,  she's definitely bringing high-fashion all the way, despite her lack of clothing --- what she is wearing is worth looking at.
